GEAR SECTOR™

Gear Sector™ was established in the summer of 2005 and shortly after launched their first product, the ambidextrous single point sling. Gear Sector opened their doors for direct sales on July 16th, 2005 doing business as TAG Industries. Almost a year later, it was brought to their attention that a fellow company in the industry had already trademarked the use of the letter sequence TAG. It was at this time they renamed their business to Gear Sector™ and changed their branding to match. The company was established by Jason G Trusty who currently independently own and operates it.

Gear Sector™ designs and manufactures tactical gear for military, law enforcement & civilian use. The online based interactive store front allows consumers from around the country to buy the companies custom products. Along with their online store Gear Sector™ has multiple dealers in 46 states!

MANUFACTURING PHILOSOPHY

Gear Sector™ strives to provide unique products that withstand the rigors of daily use. To achieve that goal, they utilize only the highest quality materials available. They are an American company supporting the American economy. Every product has been made with pride right here in the USA.

Every product designed by Gear Sector™ undergoes a strenuous testing and evaluation period with a diverse group of select professionals. Feedback is collected at the end of the testing period and evaluated. If design changes are warranted, further samples are constructed and sent back out for further testing. It is not until all issues have been resolved and all feedback has been addressed that a product is considered ready for production.

It is this philosophy that ensures each product will meet or exceed the heavy demands of the professionals who use them.

The company also provides a discount on their original products to past and present Military and Law Enforcement personnel. Such acts of respect and kindness are not seen too often in today’s economy, so we at FSP commend Gear Sector™ for this.

The first time I shopped on the Gear Sector™ store, I was greeted with a personal email thanking me for my purchase from Jason himself (No, it was not automated). I replied to the email thanking him for his excellent customer service and was responded to immediately asking that I report if I had any problems with my item or its shipping time. I received my item two days later with an invoice once again thanking me for my purchase.
